Decide is an outfit try-on application that allows users to upload photos of themselves (“You”) and clothing items (“Item”) to generate a visual result (“Result”) for personal shopping decisions.

The App is provided for personal, informational, and non-commercial use only.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction to use the App.

We do not knowingly allow use of the App by minors where such use is prohibited by law.

3. Accounts and User Responsibility

Paid features are optional and do not guarantee specific outcomes, accuracy, or personal satisfaction.

4.3 No Guarantee of Results

Generated results are visual simulations only. We do not guarantee that results will accurately represent real-world fit, appearance, or purchasing outcomes.

5. Payments and Billing

Payments for credits are processed by the applicable platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play).

We do not process payments directly. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes are subject to the platform’s policies.

6. User Content

You may upload images and other content to the App. You retain ownership of your content.

By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and store such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content

The App uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence, to generate visual outputs. These outputs are generated algorithmically and are not reviewed or endorsed by humans.

Results are provided for illustrative purposes only.

8. Prohibited Use

• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes
• Upload content you do not have rights to use
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to exploit the Service
• Interfere with system security or performance

9. Service Availability and Changes
